For Thanksgiving, Alex and I are planning to eat dinner at his Mom's house followed by another full Thanksgiving dinner at this Dad's. (Definitely wearing something comfy and loose, I'm going to be full for at least a week following all the feasting next week!) I wanted to bring something to each dinner and I've decided that this recipe for Whipped Sweet Potato Bake will be the one! It's everything I love in a dish: quick, easy and cheap. Perfect. I haven't yet decided if we should bring the same dish to each parents' house or maybe bake a dessert for one. I'll have to discuss it with The Captain first and go from there.
